You can play fun, science-backed games designed to boost your confidence, self-esteem, and mood. Think of them as tiny workouts for your mental well-being.
Second, the huddles.
You can join a huddle with people you care about—your college friends, your family, or even your book club. Just fill out our quick form, and you’ll get a code to share with your group.
So, what happens in a huddle?
Everything is completely anonymous. You’ll simply see how your fellow huddlers are doing.
The idea is twofold:
To remind you that you’re never alone, especially during your own tough days & to remind you to be kind, because someone in your huddle might be going through a tough time.
Things to Remember
- You can only play each game once a day before they lock
- You’re given a random username so everything is confidential
- The app’s aimed at improving self-esteem, confidence and mood
- You can use it to check in on yourself and your huddle
