About the Founder

Ayesha Vaswani is a qualified psychologist from Mumbai, India. She has studied at the University of Surrey, the University of East Anglia and the London School of Marketing and Economics.
Ayesha has worked in clinical, research and academic settings in the United Kingdom, and has co-authored research papers published in peer-reviewed journals.
Ayesha has experience working with people of all ages with various mental health presentations, including anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, schizophrenia, substance use problems and other problems.
Ayesha has also authored a book called "The Boy Who Turned into a Frog, a Monkey, a Squirrel and a Dog!" which explains social anxiety to children under the age of 6!
